Mr. Esterhuizen joined HEF in October after 15 years of leadership development with Operation Mobilization.  He is passionate about maximizing HEF’s opportunities and realizing the full potential of the organization.



Shelia Chipangura

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Ms. Chipangura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Religion, a post graduate diploma in HIV/AIDS Management and a Masters Degree in HIV/AIDS Management. She has substantial experience in project implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation and reporting, and previous employers include Christian Care, Farm Community Trust of Zimbabwe, Catholic Relief Services, and Palliative Care Association of South Africa.


Raymond Chauke

National Project Aim Manager
Mr. Chauke is a native of Limpopo Province of South Africa. He has a diploma in marketing management and he is currently studying for a degree in Human Science at the University of South Africa. He possesses extensive experience in reproductive health education for youth, and previous positions include Program Officer for the Constructive Male Involvement Project of Engender Health SA, Youth Center Manager for Love Life Royal Bafokeng Project and Provincial Trainer for Sport Coaches Outreach.

Richard Buhali

National Families Matter! Program Manager
Mr. Buhali comes to Hope Education with years of experience in education and in adult training. He spent the last 12 years in managing and co-ordinating Educational Projects in rural and urban communities in 3 Provinces (Gauteng, Free State and Mpumalanga) in South Africa. After excellent performance in his previous position with HEF as iMatter Training Specialist, Richard was selected for the position of National FMP Manager and has since taken on management of all 3 FMP sites.


Kathleen Mngadi

Kathleen Mngadi is a young business professional with a diploma in Business Management and is currently studying at the IQ Academy for her certificate in Marketing Management. Ms. Mngadi has previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Southern African Aids Trust, as well as an Assessment Administrator for the South African Theological Seminary.
